First week of the Month
Y telephones Mr Dave Morgan, Suffolk County Council Employee Relations Manager who is responsible for the administration of the X prosecution. Y informs Dave Morgan of the latest initiative of ACFO Seager. Re his intent to enter the confidential harassment report (the subject of doc 14).
In response, Mr Dave Morgan insists that ACFO Seager will be doing no such thing and agrees such an act would be an Abuse of Authority. He further insists that he has had nothing to do with the proposal and has no idea as to how ACFO Seager has obtained a copy of the report.
