With reference to my grievance, originally submitted 29/01/99, to which I have previously drawn your attention.

As of 18/04/99 this is still outstanding and unresolved. Once more I request this proceed to the next stage which is an appeals panel of members drawn from the personal sub committee and public protection committee.

I have forwarded a copy of this letter to the County Chief Executive.
