Dear Mr Wigglesworth,

I refer to your letters dated 29th and 30th June, 1999.

The summary hearing regarding Mr Hyde’s case will not be recorded, nor will you be permitted to introduce any recording equipment into the hearing. As I am sure you are aware, there is no automatic right of appeal following a summary hearing and, consequently, there is no necessity to record such an event.

With regard to your request to ad Mr. English to the list of witnesses called on behalf of Mr. Hyde, I assume this is in place of ( rather than in addition to) Mr. Wood. A letter has been sent to mr English requiring his attendance at the hearing.

Yours sincerely

Sarah Davies
Personnel Manager
